Cookie Dough Dates
Ingredients:
8 medjool dates (pitted)
1 sachet of VANILLA VIBES
2 tbsp peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Flaky sea salt (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Make the filling: In a bowl, mix together:
Vanilla vibes, peanut butter, maple syrup and salt. Mix until smooth and doughy.
2. Add chocolate chips: Stir in ¼ cup mini chocolate chips.
3. Stuff the dates: Open each pitted date and fill with a spoonful of the cookie dough mixture.
4. Top it off: Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
5. Chill (optional): Refrigerate for 10–15 minutes or enjoy right away!
