As a dietitian, I’ve found Coldpow. to be a standout innovation in the world of juices. Generally, I don’t recommend most commercial juices since they’re often high in sugar and lack the fiber, amongst other nutrients, found in whole fruits. However, by freeze-drying whole produce, Coldpow. juices have managed to preserve a remarkable amount of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber - all in a relatively low-sugar, convenient, non-perishable powder that’s easy to take on the go. This makes their juice powders a nutritious and practical choice.

What sets Coldpow. juices apart, beyond their fiber content and convenience, is not only the delicious flavors but also the unique ingredients they incorporate, such as acai berries, barley grass, and functional mushrooms—items you wouldn’t typically find in an everyday pantry. From a nutritional standpoint, I especially appreciate Vanilla Vibes, which provides plant-based protein and MCT oil—both of which are easy to digest and support satiety. Together with the fruit content, it makes for a balanced and satisfying snack. Additionally, Kale Krush delivers three servings of vegetables alongside a serving of fruit, offering a simple and tasty way to sneak in some extra greens.
For someone like me who enjoys traveling and camping, Coldpow. juices are a convenient way to boost fruit and vegetable intake while on the go. While they shouldn’t replace whole fruits, vegetables, or a well-rounded diet entirely, I approve of these juices as a great complement to a healthy lifestyle, or as a healthier alternative to most commercial juice options. They provide a refreshing, nutritious choice that’s both practical and delicious.
