We want you to absolutely love your order. But if for any reason you don’t, we're here to help! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please refer to our return policy guidelines below, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

RETURNS ARE POSSIBLE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your order, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly described items, we provide free return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis, with some exclusions possible. Before initiating your return, please review the following return guidelines:

Return requests submitted after 14 days of delivery, repackaged products, items damaged due to customer mishandling, or products not purchased through coldpow.com may result in refused refunds.

Refunds may also be refused for special orders, seasonal items, and promotional items. In the case of receiving a damaged product, please provide a photo to assist with your claim. Email us at ask@coldpow.com with your order number, the product name, and a picture of the damaged item.

Please note: Damage claims will not be processed without accompanying photos.
