Reset Smoothie with Kale Krush
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet KALE KRUSH
- ¾ cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
- ½ frozen banana
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 1 small piece fresh ginger
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Handful of ice
- Optional: 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
Instructions:
