Reset Smoothie with Kale Krush

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet KALE KRUSH
  • ¾ cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
  •  ½ frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Handful of ice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Sip and feel the reset.
